General Requirements:

Full Time Commercial Lawyer (Few) |
|
1. |
A Commercial Lawyer with a demonstrated interest in the construction sector. |
|
2. |
Strong proficiency in the English language with sound command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. |
|
3. |
Minimum of Two year of professional experience, excluding internship. |
|
4. |
Proficiency in English and Nepali typing (Typescript). |
|
5. |
Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively within a team. |
|
6. |
Strong documentation skills in both English and Nepali. |
Special Preferences:

7. |
Demonstrated interest in legal and contractual research. |
|
8.
|
Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) or equivalent. |
|
9.
|
Interest in adjudication, arbitration, mediation, litigation, and other contract-related proceedings. |
|
10.
|
Knowledge and experience in legal drafting, including applications, writ petitions, appeals, statements of claim, defenses, rejoinders, and interpretation and analysis of contractual documents. |
