Job Description

• Your responsibilities include assisting with patient care, performing basic medical procedures, managing records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
• Qualifications include completion of a recognized medical assisting program and lab assistant certificate. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential.

Other Specification

• Clinical Skills: Proficient in vital sign measurement, administering injections, venipuncture, specimen collection, and basic medical terminology.
• Administrative Skills: Ability to manage electronic health records, schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and handle medical records and billing.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and active listening abilities.
• Professionalism and Ethics: Adherence to professional standards, patient confidentiality, and safety protocols.
• Adaptability and Multitasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and willingness to learn and adapt to advancements in medical practices.
