About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Customer Support who is eager to learn, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping customers. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in customer support for web-based products.
You will work closely with senior support team members and gradually develop the skills needed to handle customer issues independently.

Location and Compensation
Location: In-office (Codewing, Kathmandu)
Positions Open: 2
Salary: NPR 276,000 – 500,000 (CTC per year)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat
- Assist customers with basic product usage and setup
- Follow established support processes and guidelines
- Escalate complex or unclear issues to senior team members
- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone in all communication
- Take ownership of assigned tickets and follow up as instructed
- Learn product features and common customer issues over time
- Contribute to internal notes or documentation when required
Requirements
- 0 to 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good written English with clear and polite communication
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Basic understanding of websites and web-based tools
- Comfortable using email, chat tools, and basic computer applications
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work from our Kathmandu office
- Work schedule: Sunday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM
Good to Have
- Familiarity with WordPress or any website builder
- Experience using customer support tools such as Crisp, Helpscout, Zendesk, or Intercom
- Background in IT, computer applications, or web-related studies
- Previous experience supporting users of any online product
