Web Graphics Designer

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with experience in print, web and social media. We are looking for a creative and energetic individual who can work collaboratively with senior staff on a range of ambitious and innovative projects. This role will often take direction from either written and/or spoken ideas and will need to convert them into images, layouts and designs. This role is responsible for supporting our existing Customer as well as, helping to drive the creative direction of the customer's training and marketing campaigns, website content and design, social media posts and internal graphics. The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of marketing concepts, especially in the technology sector. The candidate will use a variety of design elements to achieve artistic or decorative effects for both marketing and proposal graphics, working with text and images. This will include optimal selection of font, size, color, and line length of headlines, headings, and text. This will be a fast-paced environment, so the ideal person should be able to hit the ground running.

• Produce effective designs for all media to include social media branding and communication launches
• Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics
• Put together (and/or standardize) disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary for a website design
• Support all internal & external communications
• Support marketing efforts for the company in terms of press releases, social media and website updates
• Maintain the corporate and/or any subsidiary company sites for layout, content and other updates as necessary
• Work with leadership team to draft external and/or internal communications as and when requested including but not limited to employee updates, newsletters and external speeches
• Offer input to creative meetings and share ideas
• Communicate with senior team members to receive feedback
• Able to liaise effectively with clients and other team members
• Support the team throughout the execution of proposal projects work Experience:
• 4+ years' experience in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency
• Extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, CorelDraw and other tools for printing on digital press and web
• Experience in developing PowerPoint and Keynote presentations for webinars, training programs, and speaker events
• Experience with Wordpress is a plus job Skills:
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and other web publishing tools like WordPress and Drupal
• Working knowledge of Adobe Muse is a bonus education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field; or a combination of substantial related experience, training, and education may be substituted. Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:
