Details / requirements:

Provide account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; issuing savings withdrawals;
Answering questions in person or on telephone.
Record transactions.
Cross-sell products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotions; ascertaining customers' needs; directing customers to a representative.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
Inform customer of deals and promotions
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
