Sales Associates (Part-Time/ Full-Time)

Education: +2/ Bachelor's Degree 

Experience: Min. 1 yr in related field (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Salary: Rs. 12,000 - 18,000 

Job Descriptions:

• Greets the customers with good smile & etiquette
• Making sure the showroom floor runs smoothly 
• Deals with any inquiries and complaints and monitor customer service
• Displaying and merchandising stocks on sales floor 
• Ensures the state of product in standard quality 
• Replenishing stocks on regular basis and update to Department In-charge about the shortage/excess
• Highlights the new arrivals and launches in the store 
• Receiving and dispatching goods 
• Maintains the department standard as per company’s policy
• Assists the customers to get desirable products
• Reports to department manager on fast/slow sellers, lost opportunities and strength 
• Re- arranging the department

Cashier (Part-Time/ Full-Time)

Job Descriptions:

• Greets customers and directs their inquiries to appropriate sales person
• Handles cash transactions at checkout and follow the complete standard operating procedure
• Counts the cash in the drawer at the end of the day ensuring cash equals receipts.
• Processes credit and debit cards, helping customers use processing equipment.
• Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records.
• Performs daily, weekly and monthly audits of cash intake or cash drawers.
• Assists in the opening and closing of a retail location which includes and but not limited to cash handling and deposits.
• Examine products being purchased for damages and price accuracy.
• Process receipts and in store coupons for customers.
• Help stock shelves in proximity of the cash register.

Job Specifications: 

• Proven working experience in retail cashier or sales
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Honesty and integrity
• Attention to detail and mathematical skills
• Sales skills
