Backward Society Education (BASE) is a leading NGO officially registered in 1991 in Dang with DAO and SWC. BASE has been working in the field of WASH, education, health and nutrition, livelihood support , child labor elimination , women empowerment , income generation , conflict mitigation, environmental sustainability, disaster preparedness and response, infrastructure support and protection and promotion of traditional indigenous culture as well as increasingly working with beneficiaries from other marginalized communities.
BASE has been implemented Healthy Start - WASH in Health care Facilities project since last year in Bardiya district with the financial support of GIORGIO ARMANI and technical support from WaterAid Nepal. BASE intents to recruit qualified and experienced Nepalese citizen for the following positions:
1.Post: Project Coordinator (1 position, based in Bardiya)
Qualification and Experiences Requirement: At least Bachelor in public health and health related higher degree suitable for this position with overall more than 5 years working experience and at least 3 years in field of health and WASH
2.Hygiene Officer (only for Female candidate) - (3 positions, based in Bardiya)
Qualification and Experiences Requirement: At least completed Health Assistant/ Staff Nurse with overall experience of 3 years and working in field of health and WASH for at least 1 year
