Women’s Rehabilitation Centre (WOREC) is a national level NGO working for women's human rights and to ensure women empowerment through protection and promotion of human rights and social justice focusing on campaigns against violence against women, and women's economic, social and cultural rights nation-wide. Our working districts with offices are spread over Morang, Sunsari, Udayapur, Siraha, Dhanusha, Sindhuli, Bardiya, Dang, Kailali, and Rukum and the Central Office is located in Lalitpur. WOREC is currently looking for candidates to fulfill the following position:

Program Manager – Feminist Leadership (One Position in Central Office) - The candidate should have Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Management, Rural Development, Development Studies or related field with good understanding of development sector, rights based approach, human rights, social justice, diversity, inclusion  and feminist perspective, and 5 years working experience in program management, knowledge on and understanding of local and regional context of human rights, feminist approaches, rights based programming, and local situation/language/culture, and ability to write and communicate effectively in both Nepali and English languages.
