Position Summary:

As our Product Manager you will have exciting challenges and tremendous opportunities for growth.The Product Manager will be required to conduct assessment, research and evaluations to determine feasibility of new digital product ideas and enhancements of existing products to meet consumers’ needs. You need to ensure that all releases are thoroughly tested and delivered to the highest quality.This job provides incredible freedom to get our product to the next level.

 Job Description

• Learn how OTT/IPTV works inside and out via full immersion into existing products
• Build consensus amongst stakeholders by defining a shared vision and establishing a prioritized roadmap, backed by quantitative and qualitative research.
• Research, write, and prioritize detailed user stories as well as high level business cases. You should be comfortable communicating the big picture as well as describing detailed product specifications.
• Inspire and motivate your team to create value by intimately understanding your customers needs and communicating those through genuine enthusiasm and passion
• Communicate and drive transparency of project status and commitments for stakeholders.
• Take ownership - be the bridge between design, engineering, and business.
• Combine the simplest possible UI's for least tech-savvy people of different age group.
• Establish key metrics to track health and success of the product, as well as report them across various stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum, preferably in the role of Business Analyst/Product Manager is a plus;
• Intrinsic passion in video streaming domain for delivering world class solutions.
• Comfortable creating wireframes and mockups, with an exceptional ability in keeping things simple
• A self-starter with an ability to juggle between multiple product and set priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and analyze qualitative and quantitative and drive business decision
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, result oriented environment with multiple responsibilities.
• Good communication and leadership skills to clearly articulate your vision to team members and stakeholders; and also inspire them to follow your lead.
