Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of Java in AWS lambda service
• Develop back-end components
• Connect the application with the other (often third-party) web services,
• Design robust, scalable and secure features
• Extending and maintaining JSON and APIs

Requirements

• Knowledge of the full web stack including HTTP, CSS, REST
• Experience with Git and Github
• Development experience with ReactJs/VueJS/AngularJs or any related Javascript framework is plus
• Familiar with AWS EC2, Lambda
• Demonstrated experience working with SQL backends, preferably MySQL
• Ability to work independently on large, complex code bases, including designing and adding major new features
• The candidate will be well versed in objected oriented design (OOD/OOP) and the software design lifecycle.
• Passion for performance and benchmarking, and experience finding and eliminating bottlenecks
