Nepal's first all online study abroad web app facilitates an end to end study abroad application processing for international students by assisting them to search courses, compare, apply and track their application with education providers online and in real time.

Position: Human Resource Manager

Salary: 35K – 50K (Depends upon the experience)

Job Specification

  • Education Level: Should have completed a Bachelor’s degree (Master degree holder will be given priority)
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of work experience in Human Resource Management position.

  • Should have the knowledge of labor law and HR functions
  • Leadership Qualities
  • Should have the knowledge of current trends and practices in HR
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build productive relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people
  • Expertise in developing and implementing strategic HR plans and policies
  • Should be result driven and think out of the box
  • Assessment of human behavior, attitude and skill, and decision-making capabilities

Job Description

  • Facilitating human resources processes
  • Develop and implement HR strategic plans for a positive outcome to the business needs
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Recruiting new employees, then orient and train them for their specific job description as per the company policy
  • Able to manage and motivate teams to achieve targets and to achieve organizational change
  • Train and support leaders to effectively support their employees with career development plans and training requirements
  • Ensure the company complies with employment legislation and regulations, including the HR policies
  • Ensure compliance with existing laws, market trends and analysis and key industry drivers
  • Manage remuneration and benefits including data analysis and research aligning with current trends in Nepal   
  • Maintain and update staff records.
