DOCUMENT AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Document Automation Specialist who will be responsible for the input and automation of legal documents on our platform. The Document Automation Specialist will work with our document automation tool to create and maintain document templates for our online library.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Format and edit legal documents (including contracts, letters, checklists, forms etc) to conform to our house style.
  • Input legal documents to our document automation tool.
  • Use the document automation tool to create automated templates of legal documents to add to our content library.
  • Clarify with Content Team regarding automating requirements.
  • Revise previously automated documents where necessary.
  • Assist in organising and managing our content library.
  • Other related tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills

  • Extremely strong attention to detail.
  • Logical thought process.
  • Organised working style.
  • Reliable and self-motivated with good time management.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic legal knowledge a plus.

Experience

  • Experience working with legal documentation a plus.
  • Interest or experience in working with technology solutions a plus.

Languages

  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Other languages a plus, but not a requirement.

Education

  • University degree or equivalent professional apprenticeship
