Position Type: Contract
Experience: At least 3-4 years’ experience in the related field.
Education: School level completion, desirable.
- Support the Chef de Partie or Commis-I in the daily operation.
- Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Chef.
- Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions, cleanliness, wastage and cost control according to the rules set by the company.
- Control food stock and food cost in his/her section.
- Ensure K.O.T. is made for all orders before supplying the food.
- To be punctual for work and report directly to the manager.
- Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks.
- Carry other duties as assigned by acting supervisor and manager.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Able to take instruction and follow procedures.
- Attentiveness to details.
- High level of manual dexterity.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, often under pressure.
