Eddycab is an Online Taxi Service providing company, and looking for Call Center Staffs who can identify customers’needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions.
Customer Service (Call Center Staffs)
Location: Narayanchaur, Naxal, Kathmandu
Experience: 1+ year
Salary Offered: Negotiable
Office Time: 9am to 6pm
Key Responsibilities
- Provide online support to the clients
- Should be able to deal with clients regarding our online application
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information to the clients
- Maintains call center database by entering information
Qualification and Skills
- Should be fluent speaker of both English and Nepali
- Excellent verbal skill
- Data entry skills
- Should complete Intermediate level
