Susankya Tech specializes in different growing fields of Nepal such as e-commerce, modern education and management systems. Susankya Tech has published over 150 apps on Play Store and App Store altogether which have grossed more than 150,000 downloads. It’s also a leading service provider to many education consultancies all over Nepal with innovative products such as Consultancy Manager (CMST) and Consultancy Finder.

Susankya Tech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Back-end Web Developer to work with our team in Kathmandu, Nepal.
The qualified candidate must be a team-player with the ability to interact in a professional manner with team members and clients. The candidate must have the ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and prioritize workload with a high attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
Framework (Must have strong knowledge of any one): Laravel, Django, Ruby on Rails, Express, Symfony
Position Purpose
The Back-end Web Developer must be able to create server-side programs that are scalable, production-ready and highly available. The candidate must be able to develop RESTful APIs with authentication, authorization and other technologies embedded.
This position requires the applicant to be a self-starter, who is self-directed, personable, an excellent communicator, and can work independently and as a member of a team. This individual must be able to take ownership of tasks assigned and work within the scope of project assignments, while meeting expected deadlines and communicating progress to team members, their manager, and key project stakeholders.
Essential Duties:
- Design, develop, evaluate, enhance, test, and maintain server-side programs.
- Guide the overall management of web projects inside the team.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Assist in project planning.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- (MUST) Excellent skills and experience of any of the following Framework: Laravel, Django, Ruby on Rails, Express, Symfony
- Ability to build RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL.
- Strong knowledge of web development principles, platforms, and best practices
- Ability to build and scale highly-secure server-side programs with authorization and authentication techniques
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Self-directed with the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and teams.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
- Working experience as a Back-end Web Developer
- Experience coding in any of the aforementioned frameworks.
