Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN), Sarlahi is a non-governmental organization working with ADRA Nepal with its financial and technical support. Currently, we are looking for the professional eligible suppliers in Nepal that have enough experiences and capacity in the supply work. If you would like to be a part of the work, we welcome you to take part in this invitation.

• Details specification and required quality are described in the proposals which can be Collected from BWSN office, Harion-11, Sarlahi or requested through email at procurement.bwsn@gmail.com.
• The deadline for submission of tender documents is on 24 May 2025 by 17:00 Hrs.
• Tender document submission must be from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm from Sunday to Friday except BWSN holidays.
• Bidder must submit the hard copy tender documents with sealed envelope at BWSN  office harion-11, Sarlahi or BWSN contact office Kathmandu.
• Any bid received after the closing deadline shall be returned directly to the bidder. If the last date of bid submission falls on holiday, the next working day would be the last date.
• The bidder must submit the copy of PAN/VAT Registration, Tax clearance of FY 2080/081 and Registration Documents. Newly registered firms do not need to submit the Latest Tax clearance certificate.
• The bid opening date will be informed later.
• You can bid for a single tender or two or all as per your eligibility. BWSN reserves the right to award either fully or partially the tenders to different bidders as per requirement.
• BWSN office will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids.
