Invitation to Tender for Startup Support- (Vegetable Farming-33 set, Mushroom- 21 set)

Rastriya Rojgar Prawardhan Kendra (RRPK) is a non-governmental organization committed to the development of rural communities in Nepal since 2004. Our key focus areas include Education, Health & Nutrition, Child Protection, Livelihoods, Human Rights, Safer Migration, Gender Equality and Empowerment, Good Governance, Disaster Risk Reduction, and WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene). 

RRPK, in partnership with Plan International Nepal, is implementing the Girls Get Equal 2.0: Abha Project in Sarlahi District to empower adolescent girls and young women.

RRPK invites tenders from qualified and dedicated Nepalese Suppliers/vendors who are reliable, experienced, responsible, and capable of delivering high-quality results based on the set specification, requirements and terms & conditions set forth in the tender documents.

Description of the requirement: Startup Support- 54 set

Detailed requirements & Specifications are included in bid documents which can be collected from RRPK Abha Project Office or request them via email.

1. Tender forms must be completed and submitted in a closed, sealed envelope addressed to the RRPK Abha Project Project Office in Malangwa, Sarlahi (full address provided below).  
2. Tender documents will be available from 7th October 2026 to 16th October 2026 by 1:00 PM.  
3. Collection and submission of tender documents are permitted from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday to Friday, excluding government holidays.  
4. The deadline for submitting the tender documents is 16th October 2026 by 4:00 PM.
5. The envelope must be clearly marked with Tender document for “Startup Support” as follow
   • Vegetable Farming-33 set
   • Mushroom- 21 set
6. Tender documents will not be accepted after the specified deadline. 
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder’s representatives who wish to attend, at 4:30 PM on 16th October 2026, at the RRPK Abha project office located in Malangwa-10, Sarlahi, Madhesh Province.  
8. Interested contractors may collect the tender documents from the RRPK Office in Malangwa-10, Sarlahi, or request them via email at procurement.gge.rrpk@gmail.com.  
9. RRPK reserves the right to award the contracts either fully or partially or additional, as deemed appropriate.
10. Delivery Requirement at Kaudena RM, Basbariya RM, Chakraghatta RM and Dhankaul RM, Sarlahi project area.

Note: RRPK will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in preparing their bids.
