Invitation To Bid (ITB) for Supplying & Installation Air Conditioner
Good Neighbors International (GNI) Nepal invites the bid from the interested Supplier/ Company for the supply & installation of air conditioner required to the organization.
Procedures for the submission of bid:
Interested Supplier/Company are requested to submit the bid in a sealed envelope or email to procurement@gninepal.org clearly marked with “ITB for Supplying & Installation of Air Conditioner” by 17:00 Hrs (Nepal Time) 19th September 2023 at GNI Nepal, Ekantakuna, Lalitpur Nepal.
For Electronic (email) submission, the financial proposal shall be submitted in PDF format protected with a password. The password shall be sent via email only upon request from procurement/logistics dept.

Only shortlisted supplier/company will be called for further process. The organization reserves all rights to qualify/disqualify application with or without providing any reasons whatsoever. All bids will be treated with the highest confidentiality.
