Invitation for Sealed Bids
FAIRMED Foundation Nepal is a non-profit international organization working to improve the health and social well-being of marginalized populations in Nepal. In line with its operational and programmatic requirements, FAIRMED Foundation Nepal, Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur, invites sealed bids from eligible, authorized, and legally registered suppliers/dealers for the supply of one (1) brand-new Mahindra Scorpio-N Diesel Z4 4WD MT BS-VI, 7-seater vehicle, as specified in the bid document.

Procedure for Submission of Bids:
Interested and eligible firms/companies are requested to submit their sealed bids, clearly marked with the subject “SEALED BID FOR Mahindra Scorpio-N Diesel,” by 10 September 2026, 17 hrs. (Nepali Time).

Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. FAIRMED Foundation Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to cancel the procurement process, without assigning any reason. All bids will be treated with the highest confidentiality.
