Dalit Lives Matter Global Alliance (DLMGA) was founded in 2020 with the Dalit Lives Matter movement to build constructive resistance against global caste inequalities, indignities, and adversities. DLMGA aspires to build a global alliance of informed and empowered civic actors equipped with knowledge, skills, and tools to counter and fight caste-based discrimination and untouchability.
Dalit Lives Matter Global Alliance (DLMGA), hereby invites qualified individual and firms to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for enlisting the vendor and consultant for FY 2026 on below categories:
1. Air Ticketing Services (National and International)
2. Vehicle Rental Services – All seven provinces
3. ICT Supplies (Laptop, Printer, Photocopy Machine, Cartridge, and IT accessories)
4. IT services such as networking and technical support on computer, laptop, printer and others
5. Insurance Services
6. Office Stationeries
7. General kitchen and Cleaning Supplies (tea, sugar, harpic, lizol, tissue papers etc)
8. Design, Printing and publication (Visiting Card, notebook, annual report etc )
9. Promotional Materials (bags, caps, etc)
10. Repair and Maintenance services- Air conditioners, electricity, battery, UPS, plumbing, carpentry)
11. Hotel services (meeting/workshop/seminar hall including food and accommodation)
12. Advertisement agencies (online and print media)
13. Courier Services –National and International
14. Translation and Transcribing services
15. Enumerators, Data collection
16. Videography and photography services
17. Video editing
18. Graphic Designing
Interested firm/suppliers/ company/ should submit: (1) A cover letter, (2) A copy of registration certificate, (3) VAT/PAN registered certificate, (4) Latest Tax Clearance Certificate FY 2082/83 (5) Vendor profile
A response to this EOI does not automatically ensure that you will be selected for quotation/bid. Dalit Lives Matter Global Alliance (DLMGA) reserves the rights to reject any or all proposals without assigning any reasons whatever.
