FAYA Nepal invites eligible Nepalese bidders to submit bids for the construction of the following works under National Competitive Bidding procedures. Interested bidders can obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the FAYA Nepal office in Dhangadi. For inquiries, contact us at 091524329 or via email at fayavacancy@gmail.com, Bidders must purchase a hard copy of the bid documents from the FAYA office in Dhangadi, available in cash until 2081/03/28 (BS). Bids must be submitted in hard copy to the FAYA Nepal office by hand before 12:00 noon on 2081/03/30 (BS). Any bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 2:00 pm on 2081/03/30 (BS) at the office of FAYA Nepal in Dhangadi, in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bids must remain valid for 90 days after the bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security deposit (amount specified in the table below) valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period. Bid amounts should be deposited into the following bank account:

If the last date for purchasing and/or submitting bids falls on a government holiday, the next working day will be considered the final date. In such a case, the validity period of the bid security will remain as originally specified for the initial last date of bid submission.

The primary criteria are as follows:

©  Bidders must have completed the construction of a health post or other health service-related buildings in accordance with Nepal government standards.

©  Official letter, Company legal documents, tax clearance etc. must be submitted during bid purchases.
