Position: Volunteer Abroad Directory Manager

TravellersQuest.com is a volunteer abroad and travel directory similar to Go Overseas and GoAbroad. We are looking for an experienced manager who can improve website content, contact volunteer organizations, encourage them to list their programs, and help develop the website into a strong and profitable advertising platform.

The ideal candidate must have excellent English writing and communication skills, experience in web content writing or travel articles, and the ability to manage and grow the website independently.

Main Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and update high-quality web content.
• Improve old blog articles and travel guides.
• Research volunteer programs, destinations, and travel information.
• Contact volunteer organizations through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Encourage providers to list and promote their programs.
• Update company profiles, program listings, prices, links, and contact information.
• Develop TravellersQuest.com as an advertising platform for volunteer and travel companies.
• Create opportunities for featured listings, sponsored articles, banner advertising, premium profiles, and other paid promotions.
• Identify and contact potential advertisers and partners.
• Develop practical ideas to increase website traffic, provider participation, advertising income, and overall revenue.
• Study successful websites such as Go Overseas and GoAbroad and recommend ways to improve TravellersQuest.com.
• Monitor website growth and prepare regular progress reports.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience in web content writing, travel content, online publishing, tourism, business development, advertising, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and research skills.
• Experience in travel, tourism, volunteering, international education, online directories, or advertising is an advantage.
• Ability to develop new partnerships and advertising opportunities.
• Strong interest in growing TravellersQuest.com into a complete and profitable volunteer abroad directory.
• Must be organized, responsible, creative, and able to work independently.
