We work with all three levels of government and with civil society nationwide, with a focus on the provinces of Madhesh, Bagmati, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim.
ADRA Nepal requires the following positions for the Core Group Partner Project (CGPP). CGPP, in collaboration with implementing partners and provincial/municipal governments, is implementing a comprehensive community-based surveillance project focusing on immunization, surveillance, zoonotic diseases, VPDs, cross-border health screening, and One Health integration.
ADRA Nepal invites applications from qualified and experienced Nepalese citizens for the following positions:
1. National Project Manager: One
Station: Based in Country Office, Bakhundol, Lalitpur
The National Project Manager, reporting to the Program Director, will lead and support the implementation of the Core Group Partner Project (CGPP). The role includes strategic and technical oversight, coordination with national and global health stakeholders, and management of surveillance, immunization, MCH, and GHS activities. The manager will facilitate regular coordination meetings and ensure immunization and surveillance.

Qualifications and Competencies:
Master's in public health or related field with a minimum of 7 years of work experience in public health program management; strong experience with the MoHP and donor-funded projects; proven leadership in multi-partner programs; knowledge of MCH, DHIS2, surveillance, and outbreak response; excellent communication skills; fluency in English and Nepali.
2. Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer: One
Station: based in Madhesh Province
MEAL Officer will Lead routine monitoring across municipalities, health facilities, and community outreach activities; Ensure timely and accurate data collection for immunization, AFP surveillance, VPDs, and zoonotic alerts; Implement Data Quality Assurance (DQAs) and support corrective action planning; document good practices, success stories, and lessons learned to inform adaptive management; strengthen community engagement through FCHVs, CHWs, schools, and community structures; prepare inputs for provincial reviews, stakeholder meetings, and SWC visit.

Qualifications and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in public health, Statistics, Epidemiology or related discipline (Master’s preferred); 3–5 years of MEAL experience in health programs, preferably maternal and children health/ immunization; strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SPSS, or similar; experience with mobile data collection tools (ODK, Kobo, DHIS2); ability to manage multiple tasks and work in remote, challenging environments; strong communication skills in Nepali and English.
3. Field Coordinator: One
Station: Position for Partner organization
The Field Coordinator (based in Madhesh Province) will support community-based surveillance, including Immunization, VPD, and zoonotic disease reporting; assist routine immunization activities, microplanning, and follow-up of zero-dose and under-immunized children; coordinate with municipalities, health facilities, animal health workers, and one health committees; ensure timely reporting and compliance with donor and safeguarding standards; and represent the local NGO in district and municipal meetings.

Qualifications and Competencies:
Bachelor’s in public health or related field (Master preferred); at least 5 years’ experience in community health, immunization, surveillance, or NGO work; familiarity with FCHVs and local health systems in Madhesh Province; knowledge of MCH, routine immunization, CBS, and One Health; skills in data/reporting (DHIS2 preferred); strong communication and coordination abilities.
4. Community Counselors: One
Station: Position for Partner organization, based in Madhesh Province
The Community Counselors (based in Madhesh Province) will identify and follow up on zero-dose and partially immunized children, mobilize caregivers for routine and supplementary immunization, and coordinate with FCHVs and health facilities to improve vaccination coverage. They will report alerts, counsel pregnant and postpartum women, conduct small-group awareness sessions, promote hygiene and MCH practices, and address myths and vaccine hesitancy within communities.

Qualifications and Competencies:
PCL Nursing/ANM or related field; minimum 3 years’ experience in community or public health (especially MCH and immunization); knowledge of immunization and MNCH; basic digital reporting skills; strong communication in Maithili and Nepali; local candidates preferred.
