We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and responsible female staff to join our growing online shopping platform. This role involves supporting sellers, assisting customers, and helping promote our marketplace. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and support
Assist sellers in managing their products and orders Provide timely responses via chat, phone, or social media Help promote the platform and engage with potential buyers Ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Nepali and English (both spoken & written)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet, social media handling) Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills Friendly, polite, and professional attitude Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
