The Centre for Equal Access Development (CEAD Nepal) invites quotations from interested and authorized suppliers for the supply of external microphones. CEAD Nepal plans to establish a one-year Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the procurement of microphones as required. The detail items and their specifications with the terms and conditions of the bidding process are as mentioned below:

Terms and Conditions:
- All Quotation shall be submitted on or before 5:00 PM (6 September 2026)
- All quotations shall be submitted Hard copy or e-copy through email.
- Quotations received after the specified date and time of the invitation will not be considered. Submission of company registration certificate, VAT/PAN certificate, and copy of latest tax payment certificate is required.
- Quoted rate should be inclusive of all VAT and other necessary Taxes (if applicable). Applicable Taxes will be deducted at source as per Government of Nepal Rules & Regulations.
- Delivery needs to be made to Dipayal Silgadhi Municipality-6, Chauni Doti.
- CEAD reserves the right to reject any or all quotation. The contract will be awarded as per CEAD bid evaluation criteria and the successful bidder/(s) will be notified at the earliest date possible.
- Payment to be made within 30 days after received of goods and undisputable invoice, if you have any objection or expectation please write. Payment will be made via online Bank Transfer in favor of your Company.
