INVITATION FOR BIDS

Reintegration of Returnee Migrant Workers (ReMi) Project is a bilateral initiative between Governments of Nepal and Switzerland. It is implemented by the Ministry of Youth, Labour and Employment (MoYLE), respective provincial line ministries (Province Koshi and Madhesh Province) and 20 participating local governments. The project is funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). Helvetas Nepal provides technical assistance to the project on behalf of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).

ReMi/ Helvetas Nepal invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced bidders for the Supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of IT hardware (computer server and related infrastructure as outlined in the bidding document). 

1. A standard bidding document comprising a detailed requirement, specification, and conditions of contract is made available at https://notice.helvetasnepal.org.
2. Queries regarding the bid may be submitted to procurement.np@helvetas.org by 7 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Consolidated responses to all queries will be posted on 7 September 2026 under the respective tender notice on the Helvetas notice platform.
3. The pre-bid meeting (virtual, via Microsoft Teams) will be held on 7 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested bidders may obtain the meeting link and joining details by contacting procurement.np@helvetas.org no later than 10:30 AM on 7 September 2026.
4. The sealed bids must be submitted by 02:00 PM on 17 September 2026 to the address mentioned in the bidding document.
5. Acceptance and rejection of bids and award of job or cancelation of bid notice shall remain within the jurisdiction of ReMi/Helvetas Nepal.
