Rural Development Centre (RDC) Nepal is a non-political and non-profit organization established in May 2002, working across Madhesh Province. Since then, RDC is heavily engaged in humanitarian assistance, community development, conservation of natural resources, and environmental protection mainly in the Terai region of Nepal through the dozens of humanitarian and long-term development projects reaching out to the children, adolescent, youth, women, landless, urban poor, and people living with disabilities, HIV & AIDS, conflict and disaster survivors from the poor families of historically marginalized Dalits, Muslims, Madheshi and Indigenous communities and other underprivileged groups.

RDC Nepal is implementing Sabal Balika Sabal Samudaya (SaBaSS) in partnership with Plan International Nepal at Sarlahi District. Connecting to this program, we would like to invite applications from interested Nepalese candidates who are eligible, accountable, and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following positions:

Salary and Benefits: As per the organization's rules and regulations.

Type of Examination: Written and Interview.

Interested candidates who meet the above criteria are invited to apply online by submitting a cover letter indicating their expected salary, an updated CV with at least three recent professional references from current or previous employers, copies of academic certificates (Master's, Bachelor's, Grade 12, and SEE/Grade 10), PAN card, Citizenship, a recent Police Clearance Certificate, and updated experience certificates. Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be considered.
