SPARSHA Nepal is a community-led, not-for-profit, and non-governmental organization that primarily works with People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and key populations at high risk of HIV transmission for HIV prevention, diagnosis, quality treatment, support, and care as well as for other infections such as Tuberculosis, Hepatitis C, and Sexually Transmitted Infections. The organization also works on reducing stigma and discrimination as well as for evidence-based advocacy.

Your Role
Provide overall leadership and management of the SANJEEVANI TB Project to ensure effective implementation, strong coordination, and measurable results.
Requirements
You should have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Management, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in health or development projects, preferably managing or working in TB programs in Nepal
- Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills
- Experience working with government systems and external stakeholders
- Good understanding of TB or public health programs (preferred)
- Strong planning, reporting, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel regularly within Rautahat District
And you will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage TB project activities in line with approved plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team involved in TB prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with CARE Nepal, local governments, and stakeholders on TB program initiatives.
- Strengthen TB services, including case detection, referral, treatment adherence, and follow-up monitoring.
- Support community engagement, awareness campaigns, and advocacy initiatives focused on TB prevention and care.
- Promote accountability mechanisms such as community scorecards and dialogues related to TB service delivery.
- Ensure strong monitoring, data management, reporting, and documentation, including NTPMIS, DHIS-2, and HMIS systems.
- Conduct field visits to ensure quality TB implementation, compliance, and support TB-Free Municipality partnerships.
