1. WASH Facilitator (Behavior Change Communication - BCC)

Background
Samvaad Nepal Pvt. Ltd., a strategic communications organization is implementing interventions to promote Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) practices through Behavior Change Communication (BCC) approaches. The project aims to improve hygiene awareness and practices in the community.
Major Responsibilities
- Conduct WASH/BCC sessions in the assigned community
- Coordinate with local authorities for scheduling and implementation
- Deliver sessions using standard training materials and methodologies
- Ensure quality facilitation and active participation
- Maintain required documentation
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Intermediate or above in Health, Nursing, Public Health, WASH or related field
- Freshers (ANM/Staff Nurse) are encouraged to apply
- Health clinic providers are also encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in community facilitation in Wash is an asset
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel within assigned districts
Training and Support
- Selected candidates will receive virtual orientation/training
- Training materials and facilitation guidelines will be provided

Contract: Part-time
Background
Samvaad Nepal Pvt. Ltd., a strategic communications organization is seeking a Finance & Admin Associate to manage financial and administrative operations, supporting smooth project functioning. This role combines remote work (part time) with occasional local travel.
Major Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting
- Process payments, reimbursements, and vendor transactions
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and financial documentation
- Support administrative tasks, including office management, procurement, and coordination
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports
- Maintain records of transactions, receipts, and invoices
- Support preparation of audit and donor reporting
- Document administrative activities as required
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or admin roles (NGO experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
- Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Must have a two-wheeler for travel to field locations
- Able to work remotely
