SPARSHA Nepal is a community-led, not-for-profit, and non-governmental organization that primarily works with People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and key populations at high risk of HIV transmission for HIV prevention, diagnosis, quality treatment, support, and care as well as for other infections such as Tuberculosis, Hepatitis C, and Sexually Transmitted Infections. The organization also works on reducing stigma and discrimination as well as for evidence-based advocacy.

This role plays a critical part in strengthening evidence-based decision-making for the SANJEEVANI TB Project, ensuring quality data systems, accountability, and improved TB prevention and care outcomes in the community.
Your Role
Support the SANJEEVANI TB Project by managing M&E systems to ensure high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include developing and implementing M&E tools, maintaining databases, conducting data quality checks, generating insights, preparing periodic reports, documenting lessons learned, and providing technical support to field teams. The role also involves coordinating with CARE Nepal and government stakeholders and ensuring compliance with donor and government reporting requirements, including monitoring TB indicators such as case detection and treatment follow-up.
Requirements
You should have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in health or development projects
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, tools, and methodologies
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with government systems and reporting indicators (preferably TB programs)
- Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., NTP Management Information System (NTPMIS) / TB-specific system, Excel, DHIS2, or similar software)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and report writing skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Willingness to travel regularly within Rautahat District
