International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.

For the following position, INF Nepal Green Pastures Hospital is seeking competent, skilled, service oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who shares our vision, mission, and values.

1. Position: Physiotherapy Assistant

Required Number: 1

Location:  GPH, Pokhara 

Purpose of the Job:

The job holder will work under the supervision of licensed physiotherapists to provide rehabilitative care to individuals. This role will involve helping to restore functional independence, improving mobility, and managing complications, including deformities and sensory loss. He/ She will assist in delivering physiotherapy interventions, conducting assessments, and supporting the rehabilitation process of patients in a multidisciplinary setting.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Diploma in Physiotherapy with valid registration in Nepal’s respective Council.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant field.
• Experience in teaching, research and community health.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good English language skills (written and spoken) and good numeracy skills.
• Good computer skills [Word, Excel, email].
• A positive outlook (Proactive approach to patient care).
• Able to keep all matters pertaining to work confidential.
• A genuine interest in helping people.
• Understanding of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF Nepal.
