Notice for Invitation of Sealed Quotation

FOCUS Nepal, with financial support from Max Foundation, has been implementing the Max Swasta Palika Project. Under this project, IEC/SBCC materials are required to support behavior change and awareness-raising activities in target communities. For this purpose, FOCUS Nepal intends to procure services from qualified suppliers/service providers/firm for the design, printing and delivery of IEC/SBCC materials in both hard copy and electronic formats.

Therefore, eligible service providers/firm/suppliers are invited to collect the quotation form from FOCUS Nepal, Dhading, and submit sealed quotations within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The completed quotation form must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the FOCUS Nepal office, Dhadingbesi (full address below).

2. Quotation forms can be collected and submitted from Sunday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

3. Quotations not received within the specified date and time, or not submitted in the prescribed format, will not be considered.

4. The following documents must be attached with the quotation form:

• Copy of company registration certificate (with renewal)
• Permanent Account Number (PAN) / VAT registration certificate
• Tax clearance certificate for fiscal year 2081/82
• Firm/Company Profile

5. Prices must be clearly mentioned in both figures and words (excluding VAT).

6. Quotations must be submitted by 2082/12/29 at 5:00 PM. They will be opened on 2082/12/30 at 11:00 AM at the FOCUS Nepal main office, Nilkantha–3, Dhading. The presence of service providers or their representatives is not mandatory for opening.

7. Quotation forms may be collected either by visiting the FOCUS Nepal office in person or by requesting them via the official email address provided below. However, submission of the sealed quotation form in hard copy is mandatory.

8. Quotation forms will be available from 2082/12/22 to 2082/12/29 during office hours.

9. The conditions mentioned in this notice will be governed by FOCUS Nepal’s procurement guidelines and the prevailing laws of Nepal.
