Job Description – Junior Accountant
Universal Tours and Travels is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recording daily financial transactions and maintaining ledgers.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Assist with VAT, TDS, tax documentation, and other compliance requirements.
Maintain organized financial records and assist the senior accounting team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
Strong numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team.
