Introduction about the Company:

The Organic Valley Private Limited (TOV) was established in 2011 to make a significant difference in the field of organic agro-production and trading. Its corporate office lies in Bakhundole, Lalitpur. TOV is one of the pioneers in promoting Organic Agriculture and food practices in Nepal.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile IT & Digital Support Officer to manage the company’s overall IT infrastructure while also contributing to creative digital projects. This role requires a balance of technical expertise in IT systems and security, along with the ability to support design, presentations, and communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain company hardware, software, and network systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Create and manage backup systems and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
• Implement and maintain IT security controls to safeguard systems against unauthorized access, malware, misuse, and fraudulent activities.
• Prepare and update IT manuals, user guides, and policy documentation.
• Provide IT training and support to staff across departments.
• Research, recommend, and implement new technologies aligned with company's needs.
• Support creative projects by designing presentations, videos, layouts, manuals, and promotional materials (digital & print).
• Coordinate vendor selection and budgeting for IT services and equipment.
• Perform other IT and digital support duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system security.
• Familiarity with backup systems and IT policies.
• Knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to train staff and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Vendor management and IT budgeting experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently as per company requirements.
