Invitation to International Open Tender.

Tender reference: “NP-KTM-LOT-09-2025-1”

Object: Final evaluation of SFVC project

Delivery Location: Kathmandu (TGH office), Dhobighat (FRDEV office) / Kavre (Dhulikhel & Mandandeupur Municipality), Sindhupalchok (Pachpokhari Municipality) and Ramechapp (Likhutamakoshi Municipality) district (area of intervention).

The contracting Authority, Triangle Generation Humanitaire (TGH) intends to award contract(s) for the above-mentioned object and seek eligible individual consultants or registered firms. Procurement is presented as below:

Lot 1:

All the Consultant (including one or several experts) meeting the criteria below are invited to withdraw the tender documents with technical specifications at the above mentioned email addresses:

• Have at least one expert profile with international experience and a post-graduate degree.
• Be autonomous in terms of understanding and translation of Nepali language to be able to work in close collaboration and communicate proactively with all levels of actors related to the Project.
• Have experience in final evaluation of humanitarian or development projects.
• Have experience with international Non-Governmental Organization
• Knowledge in Water, Sanitation, Hygiene and Livelihood
• Previous experience of evaluation following the OECD DAC criteria is an asset.
• For registered firm they have to submit their legal documents (Registration certification) with updated legal documents.

Tender starts at the date of “16 September 2025”. The deadline for submission of the offer is “06 October 2025” at 4:00pm (UTC+5.75). Opening of offer shall take place on 06 October 2025 at 4:30 PM”.

Payment will be processed within «Invoicing_deadline» upon delivery
