Expression of Interest (EOI) for Consultancy Services: Hydrogeological Study of Springs/Water Sources in Jwalamukhi & Benighat Rorang Rural Municipalities, Dhading

FOCUS Nepal is a non-governmental, non-profit development organization based in Dhading district, working for over two decades to promote sustainable and inclusive development. It has implemented more than 60 projects in collaboration with government bodies, INGOs, and local partners. Its thematic areas include Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Livelihoods, Climate Resilience and Peacebuilding, with strong integration of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI).

In line with its Strategic Plan (2024–2028), FOCUS Nepal emphasizes evidence-based interventions and technical studies to support water security, source protection, and resilient service delivery. Within this framework, under the Alternative Management Model (AMM) Project, FOCUS Nepal invites Expresssion of Interest (EOI) from eligible individuals, firms or organizations to provide consultancy service to commission a hydrogeological study of springs/water sources in Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality and Benighat Rorang Municipality.

Application Procedure:

• Cover letter (Letter of Interest)
• Technical Proposal (max 6 pages) – understanding of ToR, methodology, work plan.
• Financial Proposal – detailed budget and consultancy fees/day.
• Proof of firm registration, PAN / VAT registration & latest tax clearance (for a firm) and Proof of tax registration (for an individual).
• CV(s) of lead consultant and team members.
• At least one sample of similar hydrogeological/groundwater study.
