Dalit Society Welfare Committee Nepal (DSWCN), under the Integrated Community Development Project (ICDP) – “Restoring Dignity and Hope” Humanitarian Flood Relief and Recovery Project in Madhesh, funded by Good Neighbors International Nepal, invites sealed bid from eligible and legally registered Construction/suppliers/firms for the following works:

Project Details

• Activities: Temporary Shelter Construction materials support to flood affected families 
• Coverage: 70 flood-affected sponsor families
• Location: Bhangaha Municipality, Mahottari District, Madhesh Province, Nepal

Tender Document & TOR

Interested suppliers may request the Terms of Reference (TOR) by:

TOR requests must include copies of valid legal registration certificates of the supplier/firm.

The bid document will be provided free of cost after registration of the firm for the bid.

Bid Security

• Bidders must submit a Bid Security of 2.5% of the total bid amount (including VAT) in the letter of a bank guarantee along with the bid documents.
• The selected bidder must provide an additional 2.5% performance bank guarantee upon award of the contract.

Important Notes

• The Procurement Committee of DSWCN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
• Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
