TENDER NOTICE

Invitation: Indreni Social Development Forum (INDRENI) is an established non-governmental organization working to promote the rights, protection, and well-being of children and communities through initiatives in education, health, and community development in Nawalparasi West District. Since its establishment in 2052 B.S., INDRENI has successfully implemented more than 36 projects in areas including non-formal education, health, women’s empowerment, livelihoods, disaster management, land and water rights, and good governance, with extensive experience in advocacy, community engagement, and social mobilization. INDRENI hereby invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Construction of School Building and Allied Works in Nawalparasi West District. The project is funded by ChildFund Japan and will be implemented by INDRENI.

Type of Works: Construction of School Building and Allied Works in Janata Basic School, Sarawal Rural Municipality, Ward Number 5, Dhanagadawa, Nawalparasi West.

Bidders must follow the call for IFB, obtain bidding documents by purchasing from the designated source, complete all required information, sign and stamp on each page of all the documents, and submit the bid by or before the deadline. 

The bid must be submitted by hand in a sealed and stamped envelope clearly addressed to Indreni Social Development Forum, Bardaghat-9, Nawalparasi West, Nepal.

This project is subject to donor funding approval. INDRENI reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept or reject any bid, revise the quantities, cancel part or all of the tender process, or reject all bids at any time and stage without assigning any reason. Any form of canvassing will lead to the disqualification of the bidder.
