Invitation for Sealed Quotation

Shechen Karuna invites sealed quotations from interested and eligible Nepali individuals or firms for the procurement of construction works, materials, and services as specified below. Bidders must submit copies of following mentioned details along with the quotation.

• Firm/Company registration certificate with renewal,
• PAN/VAT registration, and
• Tax clearance certificate for Fiscal Year 2081/082.

Terms and Conditions:

• The contractor must clearly mention the unit rate (including VAT, applicable only on VAT-related items) in the official quotation form provided by the office. The total amount must be written in both figures and words. In case of any discrepancy, the amount written in words will prevail.
• The hard copy sealed quotation must be submitted to the office of Shechen Karuna, Boudha, Kathmandu and Chandrauta, Kapilvastu no later than 5: 00PM on 2083 Baisakh 24 (corresponding to May 07, 2026) Late or incomplete submissions will not be entertained.
• Quotations submitted via email will not be accepted. The quotation form must be submitted directly to the office and duly registered.
• The date and time for opening the quotations will be communicated to the bidders. Quotations will be opened even in the absence of the bidder or their representative.
• The office reserves the full right to accept or reject any or all quotations without providing reasons.
