1. Position: Fundraising Coordinator- Central Office- Budhanilkantha , Nepal Organization: Food for Life Nepal- 1 Vacancy

Food for Life Nepal (FFLN) is seeking a motivated, experienced, and result-oriented Fundraising Coordinator to lead and strengthen our fundraising initiatives and partnerships. The position will play a key role in developing fundraising strategies, building relationships with CSR partners and international donors, leading the fundraising team, and ensuring achievement of organizational fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate the fundraising team of all branches to ensure effective planning, implementation, and achievement of fundraising targets.
  • Develop and implement annual and periodic fundraising strategies, plans, and targets in line with the organization’s objectives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with corporate/CSR partners, foundations, international donors, INGOs, development agencies, and other potential funding sources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective donors, CSR partners, organizations, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential CSR partners and donors to secure funding and partnerships.
  • Prepare and coordinate concept notes, proposals, funding applications, budgets, presentations, and other fundraising materials.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential donors, partners, and funding opportunities.
  • Monitor fundraising progress against targets and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Coordinate with program, finance, communication, and other teams to ensure fundraising proposals and donor requirements are properly addressed.
  • Support donor engagement, reporting, follow-ups, and relationship management to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Explore innovative fundraising approaches, campaigns, events, and partnership opportunities to diversify the organization’s funding sources.
  • Represent FFLN in relevant meetings, networking events, workshops, and donor/partner engagements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of fundraising activities, contacts, proposals, commitments, and results.
  • Perform other fundraising and partnership-related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, business development, CSR, donor engagement, partnership development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in meeting fundraising targets and securing partnerships or funding.
  • Experience working with corporate/CSR partners and/or international donors is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of proposal development, donor communication, partnership management, and fundraising processes.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate a team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and spoken English and Nepali.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage with senior representatives of companies, donors, and partner organizations.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: NPR 55,000 – 65,000 per month

Negotiable based on qualifications, expertise, and relevant experience.
