Position: Experienced Reservation Officer cum Marketing (Female Preferred)

Location: Maharajgunj-3, Panipokhari, Kathmandu

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree completed
• 1–2 years experience in reservation/ticketing preferred
• Basic knowledge in travel and tourism field
• Sharp-minded, talented, and fast learner
• Fluent in English (both writing and speaking)
• Smart personality with professional appearance
• Deep interest in building a career in the travel industry
• General knowledge about visa processing abroad
• Must have 2-wheeler with valid driving license
• Basic content creation skills (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Good communication and customer handling skills

Responsibilities

• Flight reservation, reissue, refund & ticketing
• Handling customer inquiries and visa-related information
• Promoting travel packages and airline offers
• Creating travel-related content for social media
• Coordinating with airlines and corporate clients
• Supporting marketing and sales growth
• Providing office support and completing assigned tasks responsibly in a friendly family-type working environment

Salary & Benefits

NPR 30,000 (Negotiable) based on experience

Sales incentive based on performance
