Practical Action Consulting invites applications for the position of Consultancy Delivery Responsible- DRR & CC.

About the role

We are looking for a competent Consultancy Delivery Responsible – DRR & CC to provide strategic and operational support to the PAC Business Head for the development and expansion of Practical Action Consulting in Asia. You will manage projects, build strategic partnerships, ensure quality outputs. This role requires strong coordination with stakeholders, donors, clients, consultants, and support team building across PAC Asia.

About you

You have experience working with consulting projects related to disaster risk reduction, or climate resilience. You have a strong communication and networking skill, fluent in English and Nepali, and have strong coordination, planning, and risk management skills. You take initiative in capturing knowledge from implemented projects and use it to influence policies and practices in the region—helping to strengthen the organization’s profile and impact. Strategic, analytical, and collaborative, you thrive in cross-cultural teams and are passionate about driving change through climate-smart solutions.
