About the role

We are looking for a competent Consultancy Delivery Responsible – Climate Finance to support the PAC Business Head in developing and implementing Practical Action’s climate finance strategy. You will lead assigned thematic work, contribute to specific projects and programmes, and support team building across PAC Asia. The role involves strong coordination with stakeholders, donors, knowledge sharing, and representing PAC in relevant forums to influence policy and expand our regional impact.

About you

You have experience working with government, private sector, development partners, and civil society. You have a strong communication and networking skill, fluent in English and Nepali, with a solid understanding of Nepal’s climate finance and development landscape. You take initiative in capturing knowledge from implemented projects and use it to influence policies and practices in the region—helping to strengthen the organization’s profile and impact. Strategic, analytical, and collaborative, you thrive in cross-cultural teams and are passionate about driving change through climate-smart solutions.
