Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in Hindi Language.
- Present, promote, and upsell and cross sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Generate leads and maintain an accurate database of customer information.
- Provide information about products/services, answer questions, and address customer concerns.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall team targets.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided by the company.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates located in Kathmandu Valley and available for immediate joining.
