This request for proposal is published to solicit consultancy support service from qualified service provider (consultancy firms) for the following assignment.

Interested consultancy firms should apply by submitting their proposal in a duly signed, stamped and sealed envelope separately for technical and financial proposal, clearly mentioning the title in the front of the envelope . It is expected that the service provider has read well and understood the objective, scope of work, requirements for proposal submission. The closing date for application is 18 March 2019, 5 PM . The proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Incomplete proposals will not be reviewed.
