Detailed Job Description / Requirements:
Social media manager/admin assistant needed!
We are looking for a girl to help us manage and systemize social media and customer service tasks.
We design and produce children knits here in Nepal and export all over the world.
Our office is in Ghairidara.
Main responsibilities :
- Deliberate planning and goal setting
- Development of brand awareness and online reputation
- Content management
- SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
- Cultivation of leads and sales
Daily core tasks:
- assist our admin manager with customer service, which includes answering enquiries and emails from both retail and wholesaler customers.
- assist our admin manager with updating stock to our webshop.
- responsible for our live chat on our website, where customers enquire directly about products, sizings etc.
- responsible for all social media filing of pictures into folders.
- coordination between our in-house photographer and company director, to ensure systematic development of content for our social media channels.
- responsible for scheduling and managing our Pinterest profile.
- responsible for seasonally updating images for our website, in collaboration with our company director.
- assist company director on social media, which includes answering customer enquiries, interacting with customers and developing social media strategies on interactions.

- Age from 22 and up
- Perfect spoken and written English
- Good knowledge and experience with Instagram
- Good computer skills
- Interest in our field and social media.
- At least 2 years job experience .
Office hours are 10-5 PM ( 7 days a day), Saturday off and 2 Sundays a month off as well. Khasa is provided.
