Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the face of our hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable first impressions and ensuring a seamless stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries with courtesy and accuracy
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation
  • Manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or escalate as necessary
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Uphold security procedures, including guest ID verification and emergency protocols

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using computer systems; experience with hotel management software a plus
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Minimum +2 Completed; hospitality training is a plus
