DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS:
We are conducting a search for an outstanding and talented Hostess/ Waitress for our well-known and respected Italian Restaurant facility within our first class Wine house property in Jhamsikhel - Lalitpur.
12 years acclaimed The Vesper Café & Restaurant enjoyed an excellent reputation of being one of the best Italian & European restaurants in the city and in the area. Highlights of our restaurant would be pleasing and elegant ambiance, high level of cuisine, wines and impeccable service.

Position: Hostess / Waitress
Job Specialization:
- You should be able to handle a variety of sales-specific tasks, including:
- Greeting customers & building PR
- Taking food and drink orders
- Up-selling additional food and beverage products to patrons
- Entering each item ordered into restaurant register system
- Invoicing and billing
- Delivering checks to customers
- Accepting payment for the meal
Job Specialization:
- Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks.
- Assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations.
- Plan and present bar menu
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Taking food and drink orders
