Job Title: Grade Teacher (Class 3)

Jobs Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced grade teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in class 3, ensuring that they receive a high-quality education that meets their individual needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to student success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational 
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and development 
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians 
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field 
• Teaching certification or license, preferably
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a similar grade level 
• Strong knowledge of educational best practices and teaching methodologies 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
