Full Stack Javascript Developer

 Qualifications

·      2+ years of experience working in software development

·      Bachelors’ degree in Computer Engineering, IT or equivalent

Skills

·      Extensive knowledge of software development and its technologies

·      Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript

·      Knowledge of relational and non-relational database

·      Experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express JS, React JS and Node JS)

·      Experience working with ODM like Mongoose or ORM like Sequelize

·      Knowledge of frameworks such as NextJs and NestJs is a plus

·      Experience working in React Native and Expo is a plus

·      Familiarity with front end technologies such as HTML and CSS3

·      Proficiency using versioning tools such as Git

·      Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Roles and Responsibilities

·      Contribute to parts of the software development process including design, development, testing and maintenance

·      Implement software feature functionality according to business requirements and architectural design guidelines

·      Write maintainable, clean, re-usable, and efficient programming code in accordance with standard methodologies

·      Create effective unit tests for software modules that plug into the continuous build/deployment infrastructures

·      Resolve software bugs in the programming code and modify unit tests accordingly

·      Provide mentorship to junior developers to speed up development process, when required

·      Contribute fresh, new ideas demonstrating a commitment of on-going learning

·      Participate in peer review of programming code

·      Stay up to date on software development practices and the technology industry
